An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client, based in Goring, in a temporary contract as an HR Administrator. This is a full-time position, working 37 hours with flexibility on start and finish times, and with free onsite parking.

Ideally you will have previous HR experience, however they can be flexible and full training will be provided on their internal systems. You will get involved with updating their HR/Payroll system, managing a busy inbox and dealing with basic enquiries as well as manning the reception of the HR team. The role will also involve general administrative duties such as filing, scanning and shredding.

You will need to be a strong administrator with previous experience working in a busy, fast paced environment and be happy to turn your hand to anything. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a confident, friendly and approachable manner are all key to this role. The ability to work well under pressure and possess a good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite is essential. A DBS check will be required.
