**HR & Recruitment Advisor**

**Salary**:£28,000 - £33,000 per annum

**Location**:Goring on Thames, Reading, RG8 9AQ (Office based 5 days per week)

**About the role**:
We are looking for our next superstar - someone who has had some experience of generalist Human Resources or recruitment experience, but is perhaps in the early stages of their career and keen to develop their HR skill set.

This role will give you access to a variety of different areas of work within HR; including employment relations, performance management, employee engagement, recruitment and HR admin. Working with HRCentral will give you exposure to all aspects of HR in quick succession, allowing you to accelerate your development and grow within a successful, growing business.

**Your role will involve**:

- Working closely with our HR Consultants to provide generalist HR and recruitment support and advice.
- Implement, update, and help to maintain the various HR systems we use to help our clients to be employers of choice and to ensure we resolve our clients’ evolving HR needs, whatever these may be.
- Build effective working relationships with our clients, offering excellent customer service.
- Be accountable for lower level ER case management.
- Shadow HR Consultants, supporting with administration and notetaking.

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate common sense and (most importantly) is eager to learn from those around them. We are keen to find someone who is looking to progress their career in HR, understands the importance of excellent customer service and wants to support the expansion of the business as they learn and grow.

You may have worked in an HR admin role or as an HR Assistant or HR Advisor, or have had experience in recruitment with a genuine interest in getting more involved in Human Resources. You will have an understanding of Human Resources and its function within an organisation, or experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Be super organised, able to work at pace and prioritise with an agility to change direction.
- Ideally be CIPD qualified to Level 5 (or equivalent) or have a desire to work towards this qualification.
- Have an interest in all aspects of HR and employment legislation.
- Be customer service focused.
- Be able to develop good working relationships.
- Be highly motivated and proactive, takes responsibility for their own learning and development.
