_Our client is a leading manufacturer of packaging, working with their multi global customers from the design stage they challenge the norms to create bespoke packaging solutions that deliver brand presence in an increasingly competitive market. Theyare expanding their team and looking for a payroll administrator to support their finance team. **You must have at least 1 years' experience in a payroll environment.** _

- **£22,000 - £25,000 pro rata**:
- **Part-time or full-time available (part-time Monday - Wednesday 9-5)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Calculation of hours worked using our timesheet systems
- Accurately enter timesheet into Sage payroll for 160 weekly paid staff
- Undertake full checks of the timesheets ensuring they are accurate
- Process attachment of earnings
- Calculate holiday entitlements
- Administer and calculate statutory and company sick pay
- Process pensions
- Dealing with an answering payroll questions
- Processing payments
- Reconciling and posting the weekly payroll
- Updating annual leave records and working time directive information
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- You must have at least 1 years' experience in a payroll environment
- You must be numerically minded
- Experience of using Sage payroll is desired
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding level of accuracy
- Highly organised
- Develop strong relationships with people quickly and effectively
- Strong communicator both written and verbal
- Computer skills, including the ability to operate Excel spreadsheets and word documents
