We are excited to be recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join the HR Team at De Vere Beaumont Estate.

**HR Coordinator**:
The HR Coordinator supports the HR Department and all De Vere Beaumont Estate colleagues by providing an engaging, professional and compliant HR service, with key responsibilities within the following areas:

- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Learning, Development & Engagement
- HR Compliance & Administration

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Supporting Heads of Department and the HR Team with the coordination of recruitment activities.
- Contributing to the delivery of our De Vere Induction Programme, ensuring all new colleagues receive a Warm Welcome to the venue.
- Liaising with De Vere’s Inspire HR Hub Shared Service team regarding all administrative requirements.
- Providing general support to the HR Department, including organising engagement events, coordinating uniform requirements and maintaining HR records.

We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, with a superb attention to detail, ensuring every detail is considered throughout a colleague’s experience at De Vere Beaumont Estate.

The HR Coordinator should have strong administration skills, ideally with previous experience of using HR, Recruitment or Payroll systems.
