**About The Role**:

Job scope:
Job Responsibilities:
Provide Recruitment support to the business throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. Administer the ATS (Harbour) to ensure the system is being used correctly.
Posting vacancies using the vacancy poster and Harbour sites to all relevant job boards.
Building great relationships with managers to ensure they feel supported through the recruitment process.
Having full understanding of the different processes across each division to ensure safer recruitment is adhered to.
To assist in motivating and leading by example to the recruitment support coordinator.
Communicate with the Divisional Teams, Central resourcing and HR teams on a daily basis, working effectively and reliably as part of the wider team.
Having excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise workload will be vital in this role.
