We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Technician and Facilities Coordinator to join our European HQ team at Clarke Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical and administrative support across the organization.

Your primary duties will include delivering first-line IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT equipment lifecycles, and overseeing audio-visual systems and technical infrastructure. You will also be responsible for coordinating facilities operations, including supplier management and maintenance scheduling.

To excel in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work unsupervised. A good understanding of networking, current hardware specifications, and IT support concepts is essential.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including free car parking, 22 days holiday per year, healthcare cash plan, private medical insurance, life assurance scheme, and company pension.
