About the Job:

  • This HR role involves performing various tasks related to human resources.
  • Responsibilities include HRIS administration, system training, and recruitment activities.
  • Internal and external recruitment processes will be managed by you.
  • Onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR-related tasks will be part of your daily work.
  • Employee relations, internal investigations, and compliance matters are crucial in this position.
  • Monthly training requirements and supporting the Health and Safety Team will also be part of your responsibilities.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • A valid US Driver's License.
  • Bilingual - Spanish is highly desired.

Compensation Package: Estimated salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
