Job Overview:

We are Ground Effects Ltd., a global company headquartered in Windsor, Ontario, established in 1986 as a supplier of automotive industry components. Our team requires an HR Administrator to support our operations in Windsor, Ontario.

About the Role:

  • This HR Administrator will perform all aspects of human resources functions.
  • The position involves HRIS administration and system training.
  • You will be responsible for internal and external recruitment, job posting, and conducting interviews.
  • Onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • Employee relations and internal investigations are key duties in this role.
  • You will assist with monthly training requirements.
  • Supporting the Health and Safety Team with training and scheduling is another critical aspect.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid US Driver's License.
  • Bilingual - Spanish is highly desired.

Estimated Salary Range:$50,000 - $65,000 per year
