Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Apprentice HR Coordinator to join our team at YOCHANA INFOTECH INC. In this role, you will identify staffing requirements, provide employee assistance, prepare job notices, collect and screen applicants, advise on employment requirements, review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants, notify applicants of results, and advise on staffing policies.

A key aspect of this position is determining eligibility, arranging staff training, and recruiting staff members who meet our high standards. To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you must have 2 years of experience in human resources development, business administration, or a related field, as well as a college education or equivalent. Proficiency in the English language and a hybrid work arrangement that includes both in-person and remote work are also essential.

Estimated Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,500, based on industry standards and market rates. Our competitive compensation package ensures that you will be well-compensated for your skills and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
