**Customer Care & Logistics Executive**

EnviroBuild is an award-winning sustainable building supplies company. **Description**

Your role will be to help delight our customers ensuring they are kept informed about their orders and any issues are handled quickly and successfully.

The role will ensure the smooth running of the customer experience by co-ordinate between our warehouse, delivery drivers and customers.

**Responsibilities**
- To be the key point of contact with our customers, ensuring customers get their orders correctly and on time
- Assisting with planning all customer deliveries daily
- Great with people, ensuring our customers are relaxed and comfortable and ultimately delighted with our products and service
- Resilient, able to charm and delight even the most challenging of customers
- Approving and reconciling Logistic Invoices to customer deliveries
- Overseeing and completing general administration

**Individual Requirements**
- Be passionate about sustainable business and making a difference
- Minimum 1 year customer care experience in a comparable role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pro-active and able to work on own initiative
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Experience of using online software platforms to manage workflows
- Ability to multitask

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
