Job description

3D-Aesthetics, an award-winning equipment supplier to the Beauty and Aesthetic industries, has an opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator at our friendly and fast paced head office in Rugby, Warwickshire.

This is a full-time role, reporting to the Customer Services Manager, and will require 5 days per week Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

A brief outline of duties will include but is not limited to;
Answering incoming calls. Dealing with customer queries, ensuring these are answered with the aim of first-time resolution, queries are responded to within our agreed response time, and to ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers.

Sales Order Management - Communicating with customer through journey from post-sale to delivery. Ensuring finance is in place, keeping customer informed and booking online training sessions along with supplying training literature and carrying out training test calls via Microsoft Teams, in tandem with receipt of goods.

Updating Training & Delivery diaries, working with internal teams to ensure all appointments are booked in line with our customer commitments.

As you will be speaking with customers on a daily basis, excellent communication and rapport building skills are paramount, as well as attention to detail and the ability to identify an opportunity and provide a solution.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must, and experience of Sage would be advantageous.

First class organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team, along with a 'can-do' attitude are a prerequisite.
