We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator - Stock Control & Customer Service to join our team at Armstrong Logistics in Lutterworth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Email Support: Handle day-to-day email, Teams, and phone call queries.
  2. Administration of Orders: Gather data, ensure information accuracy, and transfer it to the system in a timely manner.
  3. Stock Management: Collaborate with the stock control team on quarantine stock and general stock management, alerting any discrepancies or stock nearing/passing BBE or MLOR.
  4. Cross-Desk Support: Provide support within the customer service team.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is around £12,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
