Logistics Administration Assistant: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Logistics Administration Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving vehicles, identifying any issues, and performing general administrative duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process vehicles, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Identify and report any vehicle defects or issues, facilitating prompt repairs or replacements.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, requesting essential information and services.
  • Develop eye-catching advertisements for vehicles, highlighting their key features and advantages.
  • Add high-quality images to vehicle listings, enhancing their appeal to potential buyers.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations and data management.

Working Schedule and Compensation: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with every other Saturday from 10am to 2pm. Estimated annual salary: £30,000 - £34,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
