We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Culina Group, a leading provider of logistics and warehousing services to major retailers and bakeries.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. The role will involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, to support the smooth operation of the business.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
