The Solution Auto is a renowned automotive company that prides itself on delivering exceptional services. We're currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Detail-Oriented Fleet Coordinator in our London office.
Job DutiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting incoming vehicles, creating compelling advertisements for vehicles, pursuing V5 documentation and service history from suppliers, reporting any vehicle faults, and coordinating returns with vendors.
Main Responsibilities:- Fleet Maintenance: Inspect incoming vehicles, report any faults, and coordinate returns with vendors.
- Advertisement Creation: Develop captivating advertisements for vehicles, incorporating high-quality images.
- Supplier Communication: Pursue V5 documentation and service history from suppliers.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support in the office.
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum. A valid Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points is a must. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about the automotive industry, we invite you to apply.
