We are seeking an experienced Training Administrator to join our team in a Rugby role.

Job Overview

This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized individual to oversee training and enquiries management, customer service, database maintenance, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Enquiry Management: Handle telephone enquiries and related emails efficiently.
  • Training Course Management: Coordinate training course bookings and post-course care ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Promotions: Promote membership and associated benefits to drive growth.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain the Database/CRM system and update trainee records accurately.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process applications, chase payments, and send out confirmation and certificates promptly.
  • Tutor Coordination: Coordinate tutors, book accommodation and refreshments, and set up training rooms effectively.
  • Exam Management: Coordinate exam dates, book tutors, issue certificates, and chase up exams as needed.
  • Counter Signatory: Act as DBS Counter signatory and verify IDs and completed paperwork thoroughly.
  • Data and Payments: Chase data, VAT numbers, payments, and send out emails accordingly.
  • Xero Invoicing: Utilize Xero for training-related invoices and credit notes with precision.
  • Supplier Payments: Assist with supplier payment runs, credit card reconciliations, and membership administration duties.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Significant experience in administration.
  • Computer Skills: Good computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Databases and CRM: Experience working with databases/CRM systems efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to deal with customers via all media (phone, email, letter).

The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
