We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Training Administrator to join our team at ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD.

Role Responsibilities
  • Trainee Support: Provide assistance to trainees with their queries and concerns.
  • Course Management: Coordinate and manage training courses to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Member Engagement: Foster strong relationships with members and promote associated benefits.
  • Database Maintenance: Keep the database up-to-date and accurate.
  • Administrative Tasks: Carry out various administrative duties such as processing applications, chasing payments, and sending confirmations and certificates.
  • Tutor Coordination: Arrange tutor visits, accommodations, and refreshments for training sessions.
  • Exam Schedule: Coordinate exam dates, book tutors, and distribute certificates as required.
  • Verification: Verify IDs and paperwork as necessary.
  • Data and Payments: Follow up on data, VAT numbers, and payments accordingly.
  • Xero Invoicing: Use Xero to manage training-related invoices and credits precisely.
  • Supplier Payments: Assist with payment runs, reconciliations, and membership administration duties.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: 2+ years of administrative work experience.
  • Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Databases and CRM: Familiarity with database software and CRM systems.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and proven customer service experience.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £40,000 - £55,000, depending on your location and experience.
