Job Opportunity: Maintenance Planner Assistant

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our maintenance planning team in Rugby, UK. As a Maintenance Planner Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team's efforts to administer plant maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and provide detailed reports for the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Input and export information from SAP as required, maintaining data integrity and adhering to established protocols.
  • Collate H&S KPIs to be reviewed by the team, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to a safer working environment.
  • Support the planning engineers with the operation and maintenance of both SAP and Checkproof, providing technical assistance and training as needed.
  • Maintain and develop information libraries for the maintenance team, ensuring easy access to critical documents and procedures.
  • Attend maintenance planning meetings with Supervisors and Engineers, contributing technical expertise and inputting details to the planning process.
  • Support the planning team in managing shutdowns, executing administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of administration experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • An Administration or Systems Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, paid on a Monday-to-Friday basis. This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development within a dynamic and supportive team.
