Reliability Maintenance Specialist
At Stirling Warrington, we are seeking a skilled Reliability Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both predictive and preventative maintenance, as well as a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and condition monitoring techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a maintenance strategy to improve site equipment reliability
- Implement Health and Safety protocols in all maintenance processes
- Develop short and long-term maintenance plans
- Assist with reactive incidents to optimise on-site performance
- Complete repairs using reliability techniques
- Provide reports and analysis to the management team
- Support the annual site shutdown
- Work on small projects within available budgets
Requirements:
- Experience in predictive and preventative maintenance
- Health and Safety experience
- Excellent mechanical engineering knowledge and experience
- Good knowledge of condition monitoring techniques
- Awareness of NDT practices in an engineering environment
