Job Role: To support the Conformance & Reliability Supervisor in delivering a comprehensive predictive and preventive maintenance strategy for the plant, including vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and wear monitoring. The goal is to increase equipment reliability while meeting safety, health, environment, production, quality, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a predictive maintenance strategy that includes vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and wear monitoring.
  • Implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance strategy that includes lubrication, routine component replacement, and routine running checks.
  • Utilize information generated through the RCA and FMEA processes to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions within the scope of the R&M budget.
  • Support and enforce safe operations and maintain environmental compliance to achieve zero accidents and incidents based on UK legislation and policies.
