As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing validation processes using automated testing tools like JIRA XRAY, Selenium, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement validation strategies for complex control systems.
  • Mentor and guide a team of validation engineers to ensure the safety, security, and reliability of systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address validation gaps.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in validation engineering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in validation engineering, particularly in complex control systems.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
  • Industry experience in sectors like Power, Marine, Oil & Gas, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity validation and penetration testing.
