About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high standards of care and support to older adults. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with the care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing and toileting.
  • Delivering person-centered care that meets the individual needs of each resident.
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high standards of care and support to older adults. To be successful in your application, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a positive attitude towards working with older adults.

Essential
  • Experience in a care setting or similar environment is desirable but not essential.
Estimated salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.
