We offer a range of non-surgical devices including machines which offer body contouring and inch loss, advanced facials, laser hair removal, tattoo removal and more.

We require an experienced Customer Support Specialist. You will be a well organised administrator with excellent knowledge of all Microsoft programs. Most of our contact with customers is over the phone so a pleasant telephone manner is a must. You’ll have a drive to succeed and a desire to provide the best possible level of service on all customer interactions.

Role Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls. Dealing with customer queries, ensuring these are answered with the aim of first-call resolution, queries are responded to within our agreed response time, and to ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers.
- Taking/Processing consumable orders, ensuring that these are recorded accurately, and passed to the appropriate staff member for actioning in a timely fashion.
- Order payment processing and deposits logged via World Pay
- Maintaining Lesielle Skin Care administration and customers.
- Liaising with Lesielle Sales Staff
- Team administration
- Service Support Package Sales and Administration
- Using the customer database & daily consumable log data to contact customers to discuss consumable orders, and to push skincare offerings. Full knowledge of the product offering and associated benefits to be compiled for customer advice & targeting.
- Updating backorder log with any out-of-stock products.
- Ensuring all consumable / skincare / postage costs are added to the Daily consumable spreadsheet before the end of each day.
- Engineering Liaison, utilising the Technical Support Log and managing caller expectations for call-backs.
- Stock adjustments as required. Warehouse Support were required.
- Other activities as reasonably required by your Line Manager.
