Technical Support Specialist

FRENCH SELECTION (FS)
A leading designer and manufacturer of interactive displays, with extensive international links, is confident in their ability to deliver high-quality, innovative products that meet the needs of customers worldwide.
Main Duties:
- Deliver confident and effective first-line technical support to international clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Escalate calls with advanced technical queries to the appropriate team.
- Arrange for the replacement of faulty hardware to be delivered to the customer.
- Schedule site visits with the field service team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and Italian (written and spoken).
- Customer service experience desirable.
- Problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
- IT literate and computer savvy.
