**The Opportunity**

Executive Assistant with clinical interest: To assist with the daily calendar management of the CEO, provide office and administrative support, organise team events and bridge communications. This role is the bridge between the clinical advisors and team to the electronRx employees and CEO.

Primary responsibility of supporting the CEO and to provide support to the Medical Team, directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently. Maintain and refine internal processes that support the highest-ranking executives, both internally and externally, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow and efficiency. Manage communication between clients and medical Team, liaising with internal and external clients on various treatments and tasks. Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the medical teams’ priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld. Support Marketing & Business Development.

Your Responsibilities:

- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the medical team.
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination.
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet and PowerPoint creations, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
- Organise team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite Bridge between Medical Professional team and technical & engineering teams.
- Travel to attend clinics held by electronRx ensuring you have the consent forms for patients.

What You’ll Need:

- 4 years’ experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Proficiency in databasing, Excel, powerpoint, spreadsheets and emerging platforms
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Ability to keep company confidences
- An entrepreneurial mindset; self-motivated and happy to work proactively to achieve what needs to be done.
- Ability to be a cross-disciplinary team member. You’re excited to learn a new skill and are able to communicate with colleagues in completely different disciplines.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Previous experience working in a start-up environment
- Previous clinical experience
- A demonstrable interest and/or experience working in digital health, digital therapeutics, or the medical technology industry in general
