**The Role**

Provide comprehensive administration support for the Human Resource function through completion of all administration and ad hoc tasks associated with JDM.

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:

- To provide a high standard of service to both external and internal customers in line with company policy and procedure.
- Be the first point of contact for HR administration matters.
- Create internal & external correspondence ensuring spelling, grammar and presentation is of a high standard.
- Support with internal and external recruitment marketing literature.
- Post job advertisements on relevant job boards.
- Ensure all legal documents such as employee right to work checks are conducted.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all offer paperwork is completed, returned and accurately filed.
- Ensure all relevant departments have been communicated to about new starter.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fayres and other recruitment related activities where appropriate.
- Support the smooth transition of temp to perm process.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of treat/appreciation days on site
- Notice updates for internal boards and platforms.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (required)
- recruitment: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)
