Future Prospects Group are proud to be working with an established, family run business to recruit an **Operations Support Administrator** on a full time, permanent basis. Supporting the HR, Health & Safety and Compliance Functions, this role will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy office ensuring document control, compliance and improve efficiencies.

**THE ROLE**

The **Operations Support Administrator** will take on the following key duties:

- Administrative support to HR, H&S and Compliance teams.
- Processing and collating the data needed for UK payroll by agreed deadline.
- Co-ordinating all new employee’s paperwork, incorporating HR, H&S and Compliance.
- Collating and managing HR information and reports as required.
- Administrative support with recruitment process.
- Administration of HR standard letters.
- Collating H&S statistics.
- Assisting with training registrations.
- Adhoc administration to the senior management including the Operations Director.
- Assist with administration of projects and systems implementation.
- Manage the Time and Attendance, ensure the data is accurate and investigate any issues.
- Communicate with Site Managers to fact find and identify problems, and raise with the appropriate Manager.
- Managing of confidential information, in a discreet and timely manner.

**THE CANDIDATE**

The successful **Operations Support Administrator** will be able to demonstrate:

- Minimum of 3-5 years similar experience in an administrative role
- IT literacy to include intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidential and discretion in their role
- Previous payroll experience would be advantageous but not essential
