The purpose of this role is to manage and maintain CRM activities and operations for the Ben Burgess group. This exciting role will ensure that our colleagues utilise our CRM system for maximum benefit in their roles, creating insights from our data to help us achieve our vision and business goals. Alongside the day-to-day support for colleagues, you will be instrumental in ensuring that CRM best practices are carried out across our network of dealerships. Reporting to the Group John Deere Franchise Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring high levels of data integrity within the system and be a product expert for not only your colleagues but partners such as John Deere.

**Your responsibilities as a Sales Support Administrator will include**:
- Managing and maintaining data entry and quality within CRM & Dealer Business System.
- Ensuring consistent use of the CRM system around the group.
- Supporting John Deere Franchise Manager with CRM data administration and reporting as well as communicating sales KPI’s to Depot Managers and other internal stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining CRM templates for use across multiple depots and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating best practice sharing, systems onboarding and ongoing training for internal stakeholders that interact with the CRM system.
- Assisting John Deere Sales Administration team with order processing of Precision Ag product lines.
- Creating and managing master quotes for stock complete goods.
- Attending sales meetings and events as required.
- Relevant experience working with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience in an administration or data administration role.
- Advances user experience in Microsoft Office products including Excel.
- Attitude of trustworthiness, ‘human touch’ in interactions with customers & employees.
- Very strong service orientation with exceptional communication skills.
- Openness to innovation and technology.

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
