Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.30
Based - Bedford (Car driver essential)
Our client is a market leader in the new build construction industry delivering architectural and structural steelwork projects across London and surrounding counties.
This HR role is to support the Human Resources department in all HR related administration always ensuring excellent outstanding customer service. Finance Support to the C.F.O assisting with the day-today duties.
**Responsibilities: HR Administrator**
- Able to operate HR systems ensuring data is entered correctly.
- Support department managers in the recruitment process.
- Offer letter, contractual preparation for new starters, internal promotions, and amendments for changes.
- Obtaining and responding to reference requests.
- Set up and maintain employee electronic files.
- Ensuring compliance within the office including chasing outstanding paperwork.
- Work with our HR legal team and seek authorisation prior to documentation submissions.
- Arrange and monitor internal personal development reviews & monitor wellbeing reviews.
- Implement and support staff wellbeing events.
- Support company quarterly meetings.
- Promote and arrange training.
- Fully manage onboarding and offboarding process ensuring all staff obtain the correct inductions and training.
- Arrange IT hardware and software via our external IT company as needed.
- To review and process financial documentation including supplier invoices ,receipts and expense claims.
- To ensure day records and clocking in entries are accurately entered and in a timely manner, updating where necessary.
- Processing holiday requests and recording entitlement details.
- To support the reconciliation of the business bank accounts, resolving all non-timing differences and accurately identifying and posting any outstand differences.
**Skills / Experience: HR Administrator**
