**The Job Role**:
**Ignis is looking for a dynamic person who is willing to go the extra mile and be part of a team motivated for excellence. Ignis strives for Operational Excellence from every part of the business and wants all its people to engage and make the company the best it can be.**

The work you will undertake is very much office based and you will play a big part in the office administration and organisation and be key player between the office team and production. We are currently implementing a new software package which you will be involved in and get full training on.

**Responsibilities not limited to: -**
- General office administration
- Customer Service
- Customer Quotes
- Creating Production ready jobs
- Dealing with supplier ordering
- Running office meetings
- Quoting
- Working on internal CRM systems
- Answering telephone calls

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous experience in a office admin role (Manufacturing admin role would be an advantage)
- High level of customer services, with a good telephone manner
- Able to use Microsoft packages such as Excel, word
- Willingness to work as part of a team and able to work alone
- Be able to follow company process
- Ability to problem-solve issues when they arise
- A keen eye for detail and quality of work
- Engage positively with continuous improvement
- Able to use your initiative to ensure you are kept busy
- Possess good communication skills
- Have a good work ethic and be willing to learn
- Able to work to targets
- Fast Learner
- Highly organised
- Efficient in prioritising

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
