**Office Administrator**

**This role requires you to work 5 hours a day in the office over 5 days Monday to Friday.**

We’re now looking for a part time Office Administrator to join us, adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients.

**The Role**
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- General office administration responsibilities
- Enquiries line & door answering where required
- Creating & updating process documents
- Uniform ordering, stock control and distribution
- Supporting staff events (Bookings/attendee management/admin/catering)
- Meeting room booking management (resolving conflicts/visitor bookings)
- Visitor experience (As and When required) - Parking/catering/welcome screen/meet & greet

**Staff stock ordering (refreshments/stationery etc)**
- General upkeep/maintenance reporting (booking repairs/additional cleaning etc)
- Assist with local weekly/monthly fire alarm/emergency checks
- Liaise with suppliers & contractors

**About You**

To join us as an Office Administrator you will need:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to innovate and work to deadlines
- The ability to work effectively independently and as a team player
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to multi-task
- Confident dealing with all levels of staff through out the business
- Great problem-solving abilities
