Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Web Administrator. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Customer Service team with customer inquiries, working closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proofread and edit content for web pages, descriptions, and meta descriptions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor and respond to Trust Pilot reviews, escalating any issues to the Customer Service Team Leader as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks, including creating lists in Excel to support marketing teams with translation efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to the web team, including tasks such as image resizing and formatting.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Photoshop and other digital tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
