To be the main point of contact for clients and customers and to facilitate utility account handovers from housebuilders to their customers.

**Key Areas of Accountability**:

- Answering phone calls
- Processing handover forms
- Liaising with sales and site to obtain handover information
- Liaising with customers to manage their utility complaints
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure customers accounts are set up correctly
