Maintenance Administrator

This position will mainly revolve around arranging maintenance for properties and ensuring tenants and landlords are happy with the condition of the property. Due to this, a driver's licence is essential.

- Communicate with clients and customers in a professional manner
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Coordinate with contractors and landlords to arrange maintenance
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for inspections and check-outs

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in the property/lettings industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
