Governance Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Governance Administrator to join our team at NHS National Services Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for governance and a strong administrative background.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive board and governance support, leading the implementation and maintenance of board standards and ensuring the quality of Committee governance administration. You will work closely with the Board Secretary to ensure a professional, quality, and accurate secretariat service is provided to and the management of the business of the Board's standing committees.

The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in providing board level administrative and governance support, gained through a combination of experience in a similar role and education or training. They should have a good working knowledge of corporate governance, public sector audit, and equality and diversity, particularly as they apply to board governance.
