Corporate Governance Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our in-house legal team at Thomson LRC in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a suitable corporate governance framework that supports the governance structure.
The role requires strong governance expertise, with the ability to advise and support senior stakeholders on their governance responsibilities. You will also be responsible for updating and promulgating clear rules, regulations, and governance manuals to ensure compliance with best practice and legal requirements.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience.
