About Bruin Financial

Bruin Financial is a market-leading asset manager seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to support the development and implementation of a new data governance framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust data governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data quality issues, improving overall data integrity and accuracy.
  • Design and implement data management processes, ensuring data consistency and standardization across the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data governance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful data governance initiatives, driving business value through data quality improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and technical teams.
  • Asset management or financial services industry knowledge is desirable.
