**Role Overview**:
**What you’ll get to do**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all maintenance requests.
- Schedule maintenance works efficiently, coordinating with tradespeople, property managers, and tenants.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations for maintenance works.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard and within set deadlines.
- Keep records up to date and manage documentation related to maintenance activities.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
**Who we are looking for**:
In addition, we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property maintenance or property management sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using ServiceM8 preferred, but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and maintaining high-quality standards
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Experience working in startup / small company environments would be beneficial
- Must be Edinburgh based and familiar with Edinburgh and the surrounding areas
- Must be fully authorised to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
**Benefits**:
- £21k-£23k per year, pro-rata, depending on experience
