**Administrative Assistant Responsibilities**

In your role as a fully remote home worker based in Scotland, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team virtually and ensuring seamless operations as our Administrative Assistant.
- Managing daily inbox communications and diary scheduling for smooth coordination.
- Engaging with clients, providing proactive support and addressing inquiries.
- Daily management of our clients CRM systems.
- Efficiently managing daily project tasks, ensuring coordination and progress meet our clients’ objectives.
- Creating and updating client spreadsheets and documents for accurate and organised information.
- Leading the setup or enhancement of client CRM systems.
- Providing extensive administrative assistance to our clients and for Planner Bee.
- Proactively establishing and streamlining systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Conducting thorough research initiatives to provide valuable insights for our clients.
- Overseeing and managing PBVA leads/pipeline for successful conversions.
- Accurately transcribing audio content and performing meticulous data entry tasks for our clients.
- Handling travel logistics for clients and for the team.
- Coordinating and managing all aspects of event planning for successful meetings and memorable client events.

**Administrative Assistant Requirements**

**About Us
As the Administrative Assistant, this role provides vital assistance to the founder, contributing to the high-quality services that have built the company's strong reputation as an Eco-Virtual Assistant Business championing sustainability.

Beyond supporting client work and handling administrative tasks, the role oversees the CRM systems and assists in establishing and maintaining operational systems and processes. Managing travel logistics, coordinating events, conducting research, overseeing leads/pipeline, and maintaining clear remote communication, the role is pivotal for accurate transcription, careful data entry, and proactive support across various client services.

**Location**: Home Based - Scotland (You must be based in Scotland)

**Contract **Type**: Permanent

**Hours**: Part time (25 Hours per Week)

**Salary**: £16,900pa (£13ph) to £18,200pa (£14ph) dependant on experience

**Benefits**:

- The normal bank holidays in Scotland
- Bank Holiday working may be required with like for like Time off in Lieu.
