Job Title: Contract Administrator

Location: St James Quarter, Edinburgh

Salary: £30,000 - £31,500

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a contract administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing performance reports to the contract manager and ensuring 100% compliance against all maintenance, reactive, and quoted works tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide dedicated site-based contract administration services and support to internal and external customers.
  • To respond effectively to customer needs, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality services.
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring systems are updated with the correct information.

Frequent Tasks:

  • Logging and distributing reactive calls in the helpdesk system.
  • Maintaining maintenance asset files to meet contract and H&S compliance requirements.
  • Assisting the contract manager in producing monthly reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Financial Management:

  • Raising quotes on the in-house system and completing the necessary process.
  • Liaising with subcontractors to arrange purchase orders for annual contract maintenance works and specialist reactive works.
  • Managing spend against budget when raising reactive purchase orders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrator role.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills and commercial awareness.
  • Financial reporting experience is essential.
