We are seeking a Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration Expert to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and be MRICS qualified, with a strong background in contract administration and commercial acumen.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets and costs, preparing accurate cost estimates, and liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards
  2. Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects
  3. Prepare cost reports and track progress against budgets
  4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
