We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Peace Recruitment Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects across the Central Belt.

Job Description

Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability. Our estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Valuations & Payments: Conduct valuations, prepare payment applications, and manage client and subcontractor payment schedules. You will be responsible for ensuring that all payments are made promptly and efficiently.

Tendering & Procurement: Assist with sourcing and managing suppliers and subcontractors, obtaining competitive pricing, and ensuring quality standards. Your experience in groundworks or civil engineering will be invaluable in this role.

Contract Administration: Oversee contract terms and compliance, manage variations, and handle disputes effectively. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
