Gilmore Medical Practice, an esteemed healthcare provider in NHS Scotland, is seeking an experienced and proactive medical administrator to join their friendly team. The ideal candidate will possess good communication and interpersonal skills, along with competent computer skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job OverviewThis flexible part-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with contracted hours within the practice's opening hours of 7am-8pm. As a medical administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the practice team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments and correspondence
- Process patient payments and handle administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Experience working in a General Medical Practice environment (preferable)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent computer skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.
