About the RoleThe CUP/HPB specialist nursing team provides cross-site working across NHS Lothian, allowing for collaboration with medicine and HPB surgery specialties. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will work closely with these teams to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- To develop and implement patient-centred services in Oncology Nursing, focusing on individualised care plans.
- To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A first-level registered nurse qualification with experience in Oncology and/or palliative care.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.
- An ability to work autonomously, prioritising tasks and managing your workload effectively.
- Further related study is desirable but not essential.
