Are you a dynamic and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales? Omega Wales Outsource & Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Contact Centre Agent to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking startup and shape your career in a vibrant and innovative environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Inbound and Outbound Calls**: Handle inbound calls from potential customers, providing excellent customer service and information. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services.
- **Lead Management**: Take ownership of leads from initial contact through to sale, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Use CRM systems to update and manage lead information effectively.
- **Sales Expertise**: Utilize your sales skills to convert leads into sales. Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Demonstrate proficiency in using CRM systems, VOIP systems, and the Microsoft Office package to enhance productivity and streamline communication.
- **Hybrid Work Environment**: Work mostly remotely with the flexibility to work from the office at least once a week. Additional office days will be communicated in advance, providing a balanced and collaborative work environment.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Previous sales experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, VOIP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Benefits**:
