We are looking for a skilled Contact Centre Team Manager who can help us achieve our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in contact centre operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be able to motivate and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Identify skills gaps and potential process improvements to increase performance of the team and the service to our customers
  • Support Advisors with dealing with challenging situations and take ownership of complaint handling where required
  • Manage day-to-day workflows in the Contact Centres
  • Collaborate and foster relationships with the wider business, and engage in staff and customer engagement activities
