Job title - Administrator & Reception
Have you got a Passion for the Law? An amazing opportunity to join a busy family run law practice in the heart of the historic city of Lincoln. This role is full time, maternity cover. It will require a keen eye to detail and with a fun, outgoing personality to join a vibrant team.
An understanding of law would be an advantage, however not necessary as training will be given. This is a perfect chance to learn more about law and possibly progress into a career for the right person.
- Answering phone, talking to clients and being the front of house.
- Taking messages and creating attendance notes.
- Advising callers on which fee earner is most appropriate for the call.
- Photocopying, typing, and general administrative duties.
- Diary Management to make sure everything functions smoothly.
- Taking instructions from fee earners
- Preparing court documents and forms
- Dictating fee earners’ audio files and written notes, transcribing and proof reading
- Managing client records and staff calendars to make sure everything functions smoothly.
Salary in the region of £21,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience.
