Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at RAF Digby in Lincoln. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless running of our general organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the diary of 5 clinicians
  • Book appointments
  • Recall patients
  • Collect and send post
  • Perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in reception work
  • Previous MOD experience is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in Microsoft platforms is essential
  • Previous experience managing an inbox
  • Friendly and welcoming persona
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Good computer skills overall
  • Ability to manage a high case load
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
