ERMORSIORE, a dynamic and growing company based in Manchester, is seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Team Member to join our team. As an Office Team Member, you will be an integral part of our operations, supporting various departments and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
- **Office Coordination**: Help manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
- **Meeting and Event Support**: Assist in the scheduling and coordination of meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing materials and arranging logistics.
- **Documentation**: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to support cross-departmental projects and initiatives.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- **Project Assistance**: Contribute to special projects and perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an office assistant, administrative, or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
