ERMORSIORE, a leading company in Manchester, is looking for proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front Office Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- **Phone Management**: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- **Mail Handling**: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- **Communication**: Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and staff.
- **Office Maintenance**: Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials stocked.
- **Team Support**: Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.50 per hour
